KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 5 — National karting driver Zarief Rayqal Fahruddin was named National Karting (Senior) of the Year at the Motorsports Association of Malaysia (MAM) Awards Night 2025, marking a significant achievement in his racing career.

Zarief said the award recognises the collective effort of his team, coaches and supporters throughout the 2025 season.

“This motivates me to keep improving and aiming higher. I’m grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey,” he said.

The MAM Awards Night 2025, now in its fifth edition, celebrates excellence across Malaysia’s motorsports landscape, from grassroots to international levels.
